You may only play this game online. To play, go to www.webstakes.com. After completing the one time registration form, you will be forwarded to the Webstakes.com Homepage. Click on the "Scratch4Cash®" link and you will be taken to the Instant Win Game. Click on 4 game pieces to disappear, leaving 3 game pieces left to scratch. Using your mouse, hold down the left mouse button and scratch the 3 game pieces to see if you are a potential winner. If the game pieces reveal that you are a potential winner, follow the instructions provided to claim the prize indicated, subject to verification and the terms of these rules. Limit 5 game plays per person and e-mail address per day, except if you reveal 3 of the Bonus Play icons, in which event you will receive an additional 3 game plays to be played no later than July 8, 2008. Odds of revealing 3 Bonus Play icons are 1:11. 2. ELIGIBILITY

Employees of Online Games Inc, its advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses) and household members are not eligible to enter or win. Potential winners will be contacted by mail, e-mail or telephone and may be required to sign and return to Online Games Inc an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity releases (unless prohibited by law) within 14 days of issuance of these documents in order to be confirmed as a winner. If any prize/prize notification is undeliverable, if a potential winner fails to timely return these documents or in the event of non-compliance with any of the requirements stated in these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety. In the event a Canadian entrant is a potential winner, he or she will be required to correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question as a prerequisite to being declared a winner.
